- To promote and facilitate unity, solidarity and co- operation among youth and student of Malaysia in the struggle against imperialism, neo-colonialism, abuse of human right and other forms of reputation towards the people of Malaysia in their struggle for a liberation, de- mocratic progressive, peace- ful and sustainable society.

- To promote the acceptance and practice of human right in its broad context.

- Ensure public participation in the local economy and fair distribution of the Nations wealth.

- Uphold people interest in all social policies and develop- ment.
- Empower the people to bring about positive change in society based on principles of conscientisation, coopera- tion and self-reliance.
